Sizes

The only way you can guarantee that we send you the correct size cover is if you carefully measure the 'ironing surface' of your ironing board, in cm. This is the top
of the board not including the ironing plate. Please measure the widest point and the length from the blunt end to the tip.

If the size entered is incorrect then the cover will not fit.

Please have these measurements ready to enter during checkout (in cm please).

We make ironing board covers to most sizes and shapes but if you have an unusual shaped board please check the instructions under the heading 'how to order'.

If you do order the wrong size cover please email us as soon as possible.

To calculate out the correct cover size for your board we use your measurements and add the extra fabric to the width and the length. This is to allow for the depth of each side and to pull under the ironing board. This will give you the correct cover size.

Cover Styles

This board has an ironing plate so will require a cover in a drawstring fit. The position of the drawstring is shown by the red line (see left). To fit the cover pull on the strings at the point shown by the red X and tie under the board.
The blunt end tucks under the ironing plate.

This board has no ironing plate so will require an elasticated cover. The elastic is gathered all the way around the board as shown by the red line.
